Return Process

    Log in to your account to view your order history or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring you include the completed returns form or a note with your RMA number.

    Dispatch the Parcel

    Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your local post office or preferred courier point, making sure to obtain a proof of postage.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
